These Terms of Service govern your use of "Mention la" apps, website, APIs and widgets ("Mention la" or the "Service"), and provide information about the "Mention la" Service, outlined below. When you create an "Mention la" account or use "Mention la", you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Policy.
We agree to provide you with the "Mention la" Service. The Service includes all of the "Mention la" products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance "Mention la"'s mission: To let you discover other users' creativities and ideas, and share yours in the meantime.
Who can use Mention la: You may use "Mention la" only if you can legally form a binding contract with "Mention la", and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your "Mention la" account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. And also we need you to commit to a few restrictions in order to be part of the "Mention la" community.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country
You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or engaging in payments related Services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
You must not be a convicted sex offender.
How you can't use Mention la:
You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
You can't post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.
You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our policies.
"Mention la" allows you to post content, including photos, links, and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on "Mention la" is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to "Mention la".
You grant "Mention la" and our users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on "Mention la" solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using "Mention la". Nothing in these Terms restricts other legal rights "Mention la" may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it’s used in "Mention la", for any reason. This includes User Content that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any other policies.
Following termination or deactivation of your account, or if you remove any User Content from "Mention la", we may keep your User Content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. "Mention la" and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared on "Mention la".
"Mention la" respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect people on "Mention la" to do the same. It’s our policy—in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion—to disable or terminate the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
If you’re a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you can report alleged copyright infringements on "Mention la" by sending email to [email protected] with your copyright proof. We will remove the report content in 48 hours when we get and approve your notice.
"Mention la" may terminate or suspend your right to access or use "Mention la" for any reason on appropriate notice. We can remove any content or information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Service, our policies, or we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, violate these Terms of Use or our policies, if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, or where we are permitted or required to do so by law.If you believe your account has been terminated in error, or you want to disable or permanently delete your account, please contacts by email at [email protected].

We don’t endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from "Mention la", you do so at your own risk and you agree that "Mention la" has no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, service, or content.
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, "Mention la" can’t guarantee that unauthorized third parties won’t be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your password secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service and all content on "Mention la" is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
